“NO MORE"

It seems like there have been a lot of death for people we know and care for and even those we’ve been entertained by over the years. It reminds is our own mortality. But believers must not fear death. This is especially true for those that are part of the kingdom of God. It is for them and their loved ones that this is written.

“No More”
No more sorrow from days gone by,
No regrets about the past.
No more sorrow for time passing,
Wondering why it didn't last.

When death comes to claim our loved ones
All their pain will finally end.
No more time for reminiscing,
Until we see them once again.

No more fears about the future,
About what may or may not be.
No more worries about tomorrow,
For their death has brought them peace.

The uncertainty of what is coming,
Shall not trouble those that sleep.
Holy angels bring them comfort,
And now death brings them reprieve.

No more hurt and no more suffering,
Death has spared them from the pain.
God relieves them from their burdens
For our prayers were not in vain.

All their grief will turn to laughter,
They'll be better than before.
They will soon be raised in glory,
And this life shall be no more.

Way back when I met his wife Martha Espinosa and her sister Rebecca Zuraff at Youth Camp, Robbers Cave Camp at Wilburton, Oklahoma. Lots of fond memories of happy times.

UNNATURAL USE OF THE BODY

           Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated by God to spread the news concerning His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.  Jesus was of the seed of David according to the flesh.  Paul declared Jesus as the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by his resurrection from the dead.             "Beloved of God, who are called to be his saints...First I want to thank, my God, through Jesus Christ, for you all.  Your faith is spoken of throughout the whole world.  For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers.  I made a request to God, if it is His will I come to you.  For I long to see you, that I might share with you some spiritual gift, so that you may in the end, be established.  That I also may be of comfort with you all together by our mutual faith.  I proposed to come to you, that I might bear some fruit among you, even among other Gentiles

THE PARABLE OF A WEDDING AND FEAST

This is the parable of a Wedding and Feast found in the 22nd and 23rd Chapters of Matthew.   Chapter 22:           The Kingdom of Heaven is similar to the parable of a certain King who planned a Wedding for his son.  The King sent out servants to invite people to the wedding, but they would not come.           So the King sent out more of his servants to invited the people to a special feast he had prepared for them.  But they made light of the inviti-tion and went their own ways.  One went to his farm.  Another went to sell his merchandise.  The rest took his servants, harassed them and killed them.  When the King heard what the people had done to his servants, he sent his armies and destroyed those murderers and burned up their city.           The King then said to his servants, "The Wedding is ready, but those who were invited were not worthy.  Go to the highways and find people to invite to the Wedding."  So his servants went out and found both good and bad people to invi
