DONA KAY YOUNGBLOOD BYRD

 I want to share with the Johnston Family the passing of my cousin:

Dona Kay Youngblood Byrd  September 1950 to October 2021

Kay was born Dona Kay Youngblood September 6, 1950.  She was a twin. Her parents are J.C. and Wanda Cooper Youngblood.  Her maternal grandma is Esther Johnston Cooper. She has 2 siblings who are deceased an older sister and her twin. She has 3 living siblings, Gene Youngblood, Larry Glen Youngblood and Gail Youngblood Collins. She married "Bud" John Charles Byrd March 3, 1978 in Arkansas.  She has two boys by her first marriage Roger and Ricky Grisham. Her and Bud has two children, John Charles Byrd and Burnetta Kay Byrd Bower. She went to sleep peacefully at her home in Osage, Arkansas.

THE BOOK OF REVELATION

THE LIFE OF SAUL/PAUL

            Paul was born a Jew of the tribe of Benjamin.  He was also a Roman Citizen.  He was born in the Roman City of Tarsus.  In those days people had dual names.  Before he was known as apostle Paul, he was known as Saul of Tarsus.  Saul was his Hebrew name, Paul was his Roman name.  As Saul before his conversion he sought out the believers in Jesus.  He would hunt them down, bind them up and take them to Jerusalem to be killed.  Jesus did not change his name at his conversion.            Saul went to the high priest asking for letters to allow him entry into the synagogues at Damascus, so he could hunt down men and women that professed to be believers in Jesus.
