PHYSICAL THERAPY

 Good afternoon.  I have now missed 3 hours of physical therapy due to the weather.  Here in Oklahoma this is the coldest winter we have had in a few years.  We have been having wind chills at -13 and -15 degrees. 

Way back in about 1985 when we lived in the country one winter we had a big ice storm and it got to -35 wind chill.  During that storm we were outside digging a ditch to bury our water line.  We used a hand blow dryer to melt the ice and unthaw the ground and then digging the trench with shovel.  I don't remember how many hours it took us.  

I was glad to hear from the Rehab center today that these canceled sessions we will be able to make up.  That is good.  I really need the therapy with a therapist to get well from my surgery.  The therapy I am getting from the rehab center I don't do at home.

I want to praise and thank God for keeping us safe and warm.  Last Thursday the heater wasn't putting out warm air.  We had to call a heat and air service to come and check it out.  One of our elements had burned out.  It cost less that I was expecting.  If you ever need a heat and air service in the Inola, Oklahoma area, call Riddle Heat and Air.  Charles does a great job and isn't real expensive.

HISTORY OF THE CHURCH OF GOD (SEVENTH DAY) (2025)
