"ANOTHER TUESDAY POSTING"

Guess What! Another Tuesday posting of my blog. The reason for this second occurance? No Internet at home! It finally happened. They shut me down. Here I am on the computer at the library and running out of time. I had to check my email first and it took awhile. I have to fix supper early tonight, before company comes over. Just wanted to keep you posted about my blog. I plan to come to the library two days a week to get on the internet. I don't know how often I will post my blog. It will depend on how much time I have.

It sure seems strange not having the internet at home, but I am sure we will get use to it. It really took up too much time. We all thought we needed a breather from it. I will keep you posted as how things go.

No time to post anything else. I will try to get back to this soon. I was planning to be here on Thursday, but I am having a yard sale Wednesday and Thursday of this week. Depends on how it goes, whether I will have time to come up and post a blog. Wish me luck with my sale. I usually don't do very well. Hoping this time will be different. I need money!!!!

THE BOOK OF REVELATION

THE LIFE OF SAUL/PAUL

            Paul was born a Jew of the tribe of Benjamin.  He was also a Roman Citizen.  He was born in the Roman City of Tarsus.  In those days people had dual names.  Before he was known as apostle Paul, he was known as Saul of Tarsus.  Saul was his Hebrew name, Paul was his Roman name.  As Saul before his conversion he sought out the believers in Jesus.  He would hunt them down, bind them up and take them to Jerusalem to be killed.  Jesus did not change his name at his conversion.            Saul went to the high priest asking for letters to allow him entry into the synagogues at Damascus, so he could hunt down men and women that professed to be believers in Jesus.
