BUSY FRIDAY

Good evening fellow bloggers,
It's been a very busy Friday as usual. What's unusual is I didn't feel so rushed today. I got the things done I needed to do before Sabbath (sundown). Another thing unusual, I don't feel like I have forgotten to do something.

I have been trying to get an internet business started. It isn't going as smoothly as I would have liked. I have been having some problems with different things I thought would be easy. I feel better about things, than I did a few days ago. I am probably not making sense. That's okay, I know what I am talking about. I pray that next week will be better. I need to start bringing in some money real soon. I am still letting God be in control and lead me as He sees fit. I guess it just isn't the time for my business to get off the ground. He could be trying to teach me patience and to fully trust in him. I feel He is still in control. There were a few days I got really down.

We have had two deaths in our little town this week. Both were mother's with teens and young children at home. They both died of cancer. One mother has two fairly young boys and was helping to raise a granddaughter. They both will be greatly missed. One woman has been battling cancer for several years. I guess I should say this was about her third round. The other mother wasn't diagnosed very long ago. Please remember their families in prayer.

I don't have a lot to say this time. I don't know why. That is probably a good thing, for you fellow bloggers. I usually have too much to say. So before I ruin everything, I will say goodnight and God Bless.

THE BOOK OF REVELATION

THE LIFE OF SAUL/PAUL

            Paul was born a Jew of the tribe of Benjamin.  He was also a Roman Citizen.  He was born in the Roman City of Tarsus.  In those days people had dual names.  Before he was known as apostle Paul, he was known as Saul of Tarsus.  Saul was his Hebrew name, Paul was his Roman name.  As Saul before his conversion he sought out the believers in Jesus.  He would hunt them down, bind them up and take them to Jerusalem to be killed.  Jesus did not change his name at his conversion.            Saul went to the high priest asking for letters to allow him entry into the synagogues at Damascus, so he could hunt down men and women that professed to be believers in Jesus.
